We are very pleased to welcome Qigong Grand Master Dr. Eddie Rose to the staff of Blue Star Monastery. Eddie is the founder of Tiger Flower Qigong

Everything is energy, and Qi Gong is about cultivating energy. When we have more energy we are better able to manage our own energy and environmental energies. This means that the body, mind and spirit can keep the energy flowing so that all aspects of the self are addressed.

The Blue Star Monastery provides contextual learning environments to better learn about energy and how to work with it. We are honored to be working with Master Eddie Rose and adding Qi Gong to our offerings.

Eddie teaches his students to apply the healing effects of Qi Gong to their everyday lives and to be more mindful of themselves. The idea, he says, is to master the principles so that one can tap into the next level of the Self. 

Eddie has a warm, caring and extremely personable approach to his instruction. As you begin the movements and breath work of Qi Gong you learn by practicing in a very slow and focused way to concentrate your energies. It is essentially an active relaxation. 

We are so much more than our physical body. We have a vast potential that is awaiting discovery hidden within. Qi Gong is a powerful practice that can help us tap into and reveal our full potential. The goal is to unlock your unconscious self. 

Eddie Rose has an accredited Doctorate in METAPHYSICS with over 45 years of Spirituality/Martial Arts/Healing Arts experience, over 30 years of combined Law Enforcement & Security/Protection experience, and has been coaching, teaching, and public speaking for over 35 years, both nationally and internationally.

Every 2nd & 4th Thursday @ 7-9pm
